How Does Monthly Billing Work?
Your card on file will be charged on the 2nd of each month after the initial purchase of an ACE Home Internet plan.
First plan is for the full price of the plan you sign up with, even if it is in the middle of the billing cycle. That is normal! The next bill you get at the start of the upcoming cycle will be prorated with a discount based on the date that the original line was activated. On the following renewal then it will be back to the full cost of the plan.
Each monthly payment covers your service from the 5th - 4th of each month, so you can continue to have reliable high-speed Internet on your ACE Home Internet device.
You may cancel your plan at any time.
